It is with sorrow that we say goodbye to our Dad, Poppa, and partner Cecil Douglas Spinks. Cecil passed away on December 17, 2023, surrounded by his family. He is sadly missed.

Cecil was born in Carleton Place, Ontario. In May of 1966, he packed up his family and arrived in Whitehorse, Yukon and spent the rest of his life as a long-time resident of the Yukon.

Cecil is pre-deceased by his loving wife Anne Spinks in 2007, and his grandson Thomas Spinks in 2017.

Cecil leaves behind his partner Raymonde Larose; his children Connie (Jerry), Tony (Phyllis), Cyndi (Gerry), and Randy (Kim); his grandchildren Steven (Nadia), Lora-Lea (Chris), Tabitha (Stephen), Crystal (Greg), Kevin (Sarah), Tamara (Greg), Jeffery (Roxie), and Keighlan; his great grandchildren Liana, Garrett, Kyle, James, Mason, Abigail, Kaleb, Haydn, Lucius, Harmony, Nathan, Trusten, Calum, Jasmine, and Samuel; and relatives in the  Mississippi Mills area.

As Cecil requested, there will not be a service.
