OBITUARY: Eric CORRIGAN (1931-2024)

Eric Corrigan

1931-2024

Eric Corrigan, 93, husband of Rose Mary Payne, passed away on July 31, 2024, at Saint Brigid’s Home. He was the son of the late Annie Montgomery and the late Michael Corrigan. A native of Valcartier, he lived in Stoneham.

According to his wishes, there will be no funeral, but a religious service will be held Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint-Edmond Church (Stoneham), 601, 1e Avenue, Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury (Qc) G3C 2L9.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Rose Mary; his children: John, Maureen, Erin (Benoit Kearney), and Melanie (Brian Crook); his grandchildren: Phillip Quessy (Gabrielle Dumont-Lévesque), Brandon Quessy, and Leah Crook; great-grandsons: Léopold and Florent Quessy; sister Helen (Stanley Bureau) and brother Garry (Kristen Hubbard); as well as nephews, nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.     

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the team and all the staff on the third floor of Saint Brigid’s Home for their compassion and good care. We are so grateful for your dedication to the residents.
