Mireille Teasdale (nee Crepeault)

In loving memory ~
Mireille Teasdale (nee Crepeault) died peacefully in hospice on June 16, with husband Scott and daughter Natalie by her side. Mireille was born in 1946 in Malartic, PQ into a large and loving family. She met and married Scott Teasdale in 1968 after he was posted to Val D’Or. They have been married for 55 years. Mireille followed Scott to many provinces and to a tour in Germany. She loved the military life with its constant moves and making many wonderful friends.
Mireille loved her daughter, her husband, and her grandkids more than life itself. She was happiest out fishing on the ocean at Kitty Coleman or working away in her garden. She loved playing cards but she was pretty feisty and you wouldn’t want to be sitting beside her if you tried to cheat!
She was an amazing cook and loved to entertain friends and family for dinner before her illness took away most of her activities and confined her to the house.
Mireille was predeceased by son Daniel, brothers Michel (Heather) and Francois, sister Sylvaine (Marc), mother Eulalie Crepeault (Gagnon) and father Dollard Crepeault.
She is survived by her loving husband Scott Teasdale, daughter Natalie Mclennan, grandsons Colin (Alina) and Logan, and granddaughter Sara. She will also be sadly missed by sisters Magali, Chantal, and Jovette (Daniel Neron), and her brothers Alain (Rita Viens), Martin (Diane Beaulieu), Adrien (Lise Pepin), Louison (Lise Proulx), and Pierre (Susie Sabourin). No service by request. Donations to Cystic Fibrosis Canada would be appreciated by the family.
